For the sale in Myanmar, Big Bad Wolf is partnering with RG Express to deliver your orders. Please be informed that delivery may vary within 15-21 days after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed.
After checking out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking number once it has been packed and ready to be delivered, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website. Details will be provided to you on how to do this in the same email.
Please be informed that deliveries will only be made within Myanmar. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Orders are delivered to the Receiver’s address provided by you upon successful transaction and payment. RG Express may notify you of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Please ensure that you provide us a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number to facilitate final delivery as failure to do so may result in non-delivery or additional cost to be borne by you. RG Express may contact you prior to the intended / planned delivery, but delivery timetable will be fully depended on RG Express. Big Bad Wolf shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery of your items to you.
